Initially this blog chronicled my family's cycle/RV adventure to my May 21st chemotherapy appointment over 300 miles away.
The intention of the ride was to benefit my well-being after my mastectomy and before chemotherapy and radiation, spread cancer awareness, and raise money for two incredible programs that have inspired and cared for me during my bout with breast cancer...read more about them on the purpose page.
Despite the dis-ease that I am experiencing, I choose to live fully and in deep appreciation for simply being alive. I am dedicated to exercising, eating healthy every day -- two ways within my power toward healing.

You are a brave and beautiful soul w/ an angelic road team! I’m so sorry this has become a chapter in your life, but know you will kick it like your fabulous mother has….
